Naledi Motlhabane is the Founder, Director, and CEO of ASURE HR SOLUTIONS, a 100% Black female-owned HR consulting firm. She is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in HR and labour relations.
She holds an Honours degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and has extensive experience across industries including mining, higher education, petrochemical, telecommunications, call centre operations, and retail.
Naledi founded ASURE HR SOLUTIONS to provide professional HR support to small and medium-sized businesses without in-house HR capacity, helping them navigate labour legislation and build effective, compliant workplaces.
With a hands-on, practical approach, Naledi delivers HR solutions that are fully compliant with South African labour laws and tailored to each client's operational needs, driven by integrity, professionalism, and a strong client-focused mindset.
